Instead of throwing out the pizza I had originally left with they gave it to another customer, this is a huge health code violation, how do they know I didn't drop it or spit on it? The lady they gave it to was very upset as I would have been as well. After arguing with the little girl working for another minute or so got my pizza. Finally got my pizza walked out to my car opened the box and realized it was pepperoni, took the pizza back in and told them it was the wrong kind. Waited for exactly 16 minutes and 47 seconds I know this because I set my timer on my phone. I went into the Ozark, MO location a few nights ago around 5:15pm and ordered 1 ' Hot and Ready' cheese pizza.
